Zumba - OwlFit Group Fitness
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting environment. Based on the principles that a workout should be "fun and easy to do." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.Taekwondo - OwlFit Group Fitness
Taekwondo is a martial art and combat sport from South Korea where the name translates to “The way of the foot and the fist.” Get ready to learn how to kick from all angles and positions while developing great flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance in your lower body. Martial Arts classes require RSVPing on OwlLife to attend. RSVPing includes an acknowledgement piece to understand what these classes do and do not entail.Nature Bound Caving
Pricing:KSU Student: $30Faculty/Staff/Alumni: $36Trip Information:Come cave with us at Howard’s Waterfall Cave! On This trip, you will experience an introductory experience to caves, their formations, and tight squeezes! This cave is a great way to get out of your comfort zone, as the trip leaders will give you a tour through wide, yet short passages and open rooms to rest in between. You should expect to be crouching, crawling, and even rolling! This is our extended caving trip, so you will get to see more of the cave if you have been on a caving trip previously. All required gear, and transportation provided. Difficulty Level:Open to anyone. Difficulty is 4 out of 10 for physical movement. Minimal technical skills required.
