Personal Training

Whatever your goals, our Personal Trainers will create a training program that meets your needs. The Personal Training program is a physical, psychological, and emotional experience designed not only to make you feel more powerful, but to educate and inspire you to take a greater role in your personal fitness.

Workouts-to-Go

Workouts-to-Go provides you with a customized personal training program that you can do on your own. A Personal Trainer will work with you to create the perfect 4-week training program based on your health and fitness goals.  
 
Please refer all questions or concerns to owlfit@kennesaw.edu.

    1. Complete the OwlFit Workouts to Go Submission Form and Questionnaire.
    2. Once you click “Finish” the form will be submitted to the OwlFit team.  
    3. You will receive a confirmation response email of your submission and within 1-2 business days
    4. Once paired with a personal trainer you will receive a confirmation email that you are ready to pay. You should bring a copy of this email or have it available electronically if you come into the office to pay.
      KSU affiliates:
       you can pay in-person via K-Cash or Owl Express Charge. We can also send you the Owl Express charge form via email.
      Non-KSU affiliates: you can pay in-person via K-Cash.*
      *Please note, it is permissible for KSU affiliates to charge their personal Owl Express account on behalf of another patron such as a spouse or family member.
    5. Once confirmation of payment is complete, an OwlFit Trainer will schedule a 20-minute consultation with you to discuss your goals and obtain additional information to design your program
    6. Your customized program will be sent to you by email in 2-3 business days after your consultation
  • Available to all, Sports and Recreation membership is not required. 
  • $35 for a 4-Week Program

Workouts-to-Go Premium

The Workouts to Go Premium Program not only provides you with a customized 4-week personal training program, but also includes a personal training session (virtual or in-person) where your trainer will show you how to complete each exercise, and ongoing coaching support to help keep you on track through the 4-weeks of your program. Don’t wait any longer trying to figure things out on your own. Get the solution you need today by signing up for the Workouts to Go Premium Program! 

Includes:

  • 4-week custom designed personal training program
  • 1 personal training coaching session (virtual or in-person)
  • Weekly coaching support

  • $85 for a 4-Week Program, 1-personal training coaching session, on-going coaching support

Online Personal Training

Keep healthy and strong even in your own home with OwlFit's Online Personal Training. All training sessions are performed live through Microsoft Teams or other compatible video chat platforms. Your trainer will hold you accountable, encourage you, support you, and educate you through every virtual session.

    2. Once you click “Finish” the form will be submitted to the OwlFit team.  
    3. Please note that depending on your responses, you may be asked to complete additional forms including the complete 2023 PAR-Q+ and the Medical Clearance Form. To submit the Medical Clearance Form, you will need the name of the approving physician and their email at the time of form submission.  
    4. You will receive a confirmation response email of your submission and within 1-2 business days  
    5. Once paired with a personal trainer, you will be granted a “Personal Training Access Pass” that will allow you to pay for your sessions.  
    6. Payment options:  
    • KSU affiliates: you can pay in-person via K-Cash or Owl Express Charge. We can also send you the Owl Express charge form via email.
    • Non-KSU affiliates: you can pay in-person via K-Cash.*
